In his healings Whitecougar uses the shamandrum. The healing is very powefull, and reactions as frostyness, dissyness and headache is usual. This is because the healing is integrated on a cell level. It is important that if you are receiving remote healing you should not drive during the healing. The best is if you are able to lie down. It is also important that you drink water in the period after the healing, because your body will start to clean out toxins.
